Different Methods of FENG
SHUI.
Feng Shui
simply means Wind &Water.
Energy
circulation in space is governed by wind. Wind brings healthy energy and takes
away bad energy. The life force of the earth is circulated by water. Feng Shui
has its roots in ‘TAO’, which means the way of nature. It shows how the energy
moves in our surroundings and how we can harness this energy for happy, healthy
and prosperous life.
There are
practises or methods of Feng Shui.
1)
Studying the surrounding landscape and the water bodies in relation to a site
or building . This method is called the FORM method .It is not very practical
in urban modern times.
2) In the
LO P’AN method, the surrounding landscape is relegated to the background. It is
mathematical in approach using the 8 trigrams from I Ching , numerology and is
very complicated. Long time practise is needed to be good at it.
3) The
Yin-Yang system deals with the flow of energy around the house. It checks how
the inhabitants of the house are connected with the flow of energy.
4) There
are many more systems like :-
a) Water
Dragon Feng Shui.
b) Flying
Star Feng Shui.
